Idea

Introduction

Aqua British is a 100% Biodegradable premium English spring water. Launched in 2019 in 100% biodegradable and reusable bottles, Aqua British aims to be at the forefront of the fight against plastic pollution, offering an alternative to PET, RPet, cartons and cans.

Millions of plastic bottles are ending up in landfills or our environment and waterways every day - so we decided to do something about it.

Aqua British water bottles, caps and labels all are made up of 100% sugarcane residues and are 100% reusable and 100% recyclable and 100% compostable.

Our Spring is fully equipped with solar panels to keep carbon emissions neutral. We are artesian spring water with naturally alkaline ph value of 7.5.

Aqua British supplies water to several high end names such as Hotel De Paris Monaco, Hotel InterContinental and South Kensington Club.

Substantial accomplishments to date

Since launching in December 2019, Aqua British became a fast growing biodegradable water brand. Aqua British received recognition as an innovative and growing biodegradable water brand to watch in coming few years (Zenith Global).

- Featured in The Guardian in March 2020 as a sustainable solution for our partners and climate conscious businesses.

- Became the official and exclusive business partner and water supplier of Harlequins Rugby Club.

- Became the official and exclusive water partner and supplier to West Ham United Women Football Club.

- Began supplying to several high end hotels, clubs, gyms, cafes and supermarkets in the UK And France, replacing established water brands. To name a few:

Gyms and Spas: Thermes Marins Monte Carlo, BXR Gym, South Kensington Club, ViveFitness Clubs

Monetisation strategy

Aqua British generate revenue mostly from B2B sales. The main source of revenue comes from supplying to high end hotels, gyms and sports clubs.

Use of proceeds

The investment from this raise will spent in expansion of brand in and outside UK, as Aqua British has received a great deal of interest in and outside UK. We are already supplying water to high end hotels and gyms in France and other Europe countries. We plan to distribute funds in the following way:

- 80% towards expansion of the brand and distribution outside of the UK more generally, and local supermarket distribution both outside and inside the UK.

- 20% towards marketing and distribution channels.
