The platform offers investments from as little as $1,000 into global property investments in an easy to use, hassle free, fully automated process.

Intended impact
The global real estate investment market is estimated to be worth over $217 trillion and until now has largely only been accessible by high net worth individuals or experienced real estate investors.
Bricksave are successfully engaged with Latin Americans to invest into global properties.
Capital outflows from Latin America are some of the largest in the world and we believe there is a multi-billion dollar addressable market of investors looking to put their money into secure, real estate investments in the world's leading currencies.
As the region embraces alternative financial products we believe now is the time to take advantage of the market growth, as shown by the three fintech unicorns coming out of Latin America in the last 12 months and huge flows of VC funds - including $2billion from Soft Bank - into the region

Since launch we have achieved proof of concept with over $4 million of investment passing through our fully automated platform and in 2019 launched an aggressive expansion strategy.
The lifetime value of each customer (LTV) is currently in excess of $919 whilst our CAC costs are 72.86 giving us a LTV:CAC ratio of 12:1.
As well as being featured in press publications in our target markets we are positioning the company to be the market leader and have developed relationships with major banking, legal and local partners.

Monetisation strategy
Bricksave generates revenue on the demand side through a simple 5% structuring fee and an ongoing management fee of 1% on all projects.
There are no fees to invest and all forecast returns are calculated taking into account all of Bricksave's fees. Crowdfunders can invest and start receiving immediate incomes from the rental yields on the properties.
We have built the platform for scale and increased volumes meaning that as the company grows we aim to maintain a streamlined team with minimal new hires.
In addition to this the business sees a strategic advantage to having funds set aside to assist the closing of properties where needed. In addition to being strategically useful we believe that this will generate additional revenue streams and assets for the company.

Use of proceeds
Proceeds will be used to continue the companies aggressive growth strategy, increase marketing efforts and further our market position in current geographies whilst implementing our internationalisation strategy.
