About the Campaign
'A Piece of Holm' is your opportunity to invest in the future of one of England's most iconic rugby clubs, Gloucester Rugby (The Cherry and Whites, founded 1873).
Market Opportunity
Gloucester Rugby's Academy is fundamental to the future of our great Club. In 2024, new academy boundaries were issued by the Men's Professional Game Partnership (PGP), expanding our geographical area from Shropshire in the North West to Oxfordshire in the South East.
This change has resulted in a significant opportunity for our Academy programme, giving Gloucester Rugby a unique platform to identify and develop more young talent than ever before, ultimately to drive a homegrown, successful first team.
Investment in Our Academy, via 'A Piece of Holm', will enable us to accelerate our growth plans and reach clubs and schools throughout the expanded area. Ultimately this should lead to more local players coming through the Gloucester Rugby system and hopefully bolstering the first team in years to come.
Linked to Our Academy, as well as Our Community, our facilities at Kingsholm will be enhanced, enabling us to advance our longer term plans, including a new indoor community pitch.
Development of the training centre will be a fundamental part of our wider ambition to create a Gloucester Rugby Campus, including upgrades to Kingsholm Stadium, providing a first class experience for our community, players and supporters.
