14 November 2025<\/span><\/p>\n The Competition organiser is Republic Europe, with registered address at Office 206, Cubo Soho, Ilona Rose House, Manette Street, London W1D 4AL (\u201cRepublic Europe\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The “Investor Survey” will commence on **November 17th, 2025** and conclude on **December 15th, 2025 at 23:59 GMT** (the “Survey Period”). The Competition is open to all registered users of the Republic Europe platform who are aged 18 years or over and who fully complete and submit to Republic Europe a valid Investor Survey during the Survey Period, and who are residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Employees, agents, officers, or directors of Republic Europe and their immediate family members are not eligible for the prize draws. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions will be disregarded, and only the first complete submission will be counted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n There are two distinct tiers of prizes:<\/p>\n Winners of the Merchandise Giveaway will be randomly selected by Republic Europe to receive a prize package consisting of official Republic Europe merchandise selected by Republic Europe (the “Merch Prize”). The specific nature and value of the Merch Prize will be determined solely by Republic Europe.<\/p>\n 1 Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected by Republic Europe to receive an Amazon Gift Card with a value of **\u00a3250**.<\/p>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n The winners of the Merch Prize and the Grand Prize will each be selected via a randomised drawing process of Republic Europe\u2019s choosing from all qualifying registered users who submit valid and fully completed Investor Surveys. The prize draws will take place **on or around January 15th, 2026**. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Republic Europe account within 7 days of that draw date. Each winner must acknowledge their notification and confirm their acceptance of the prize, including providing any necessary shipping or contact details, within **7 days of notification**. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Republic Europe reserves the right to cancel the awarding of that prize or select an alternative winner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n
