### How does the Secondary Market work?

### How does it work for buyers?

Buy shares in a business without having to wait for new funding rounds

#### Choose a share lot

First come, first served. 1.5% transaction fee

#### Pay for the share lot

Pay immediately using a bank card or funds available in your investment account

#### Wait for seller’s approval

We will confirm when the seller signs their side of the transfer agreement

#### Shares are transferred

Once your payment has cleared, the shares legally belong to you and the transfer will appear in your portfolio

### How does it work for sellers?

Sell shares in a business without having to wait for an exit

#### Request a sale

Set the price and size of your share lot. The value must be at least £/€10 and cannot exceed £/€25,000.

#### Eligibility check & listing

We’ll check whether the shares are eligible to be sold in this cycle and let you know. Eligible lots will be listed on the next market.

#### Confirm the sale

When your share lot is purchased, you’ll need to agree to the transfer and sign the transfer agreement

#### Funds transferred

The shares leave your portfolio, and proceeds from the trade are deposited straight into your investment account, less the carry and transaction fees.
