We intend to build beautiful, high quality homes in days, not months, at scale, from low cost, low impact materials. LightForm’s modular Active Architecture is being developed to make this possible.

With growing demand for rural housing and more landowners seeking to diversify, we believe our low impact housing has great potential in the market. LightForm’s Systems are designed for renewables natively, we estimate they use 75% less energy, eliminate infrastructure and streamline planning.

We are streamlining the entire product lifecycle of a home with AI, from sales, to operation, to support and end of life. With a digital first sales pipeline, our initial interest-gathering phase captured sales leads worth a potential £6.4M. LightForm OS will make living in our homes a seamless experience.
