Naked Sprout is reinventing the traditional way tissue products look and are manufactured. We make our products responsibly and sustainably, with no bleach, no harsh chemicals, and fossil fuel free manufacturing. As a result, our products emit 50% less climate emissions than eco-alternatives.
We’re proud to be rated No.1 eco toilet roll by The Ethical Consumer, and the highest rated B Corp in our sector.
Currently at £6.7M run rate (based on Jan 24 performance)*, we’ve sold more than 10M toilet rolls. We have grown rapidly since our Seedrs raise 18 months ago, TRIPLING our monthly revenue and customer numbers. In just 3.5 years we’ve generated £9.9M revenue with only £620K investment.*

In 2022 we welcomed 791 investors to Naked Sprout, overfunding by 249%. We’ve grown rapidly since then. Our key achievements from June 22 - January 24 include:
• X3 run rate from £2.2m to £6.7m*
• X3 customer numbers from 34k to 130k
• Rated No.1 eco toilet roll by The Ethical Consumer
• Launched on Ocado and Milk & More
In 2023 we acquired on average 4,500 new customers each month. Our customers love our products, with 68% of our revenue coming from repeat purchases, and over 5,000 4.8/5* reviews on our website.

Monetisation strategy
4 core channels:
1.) D2C: Revenue generated through our website. We acquire and retain customers using referral, email, social, search and affiliates. Customers can subscribe with a 10% discount or buy as a one off purchase.
2.) Subscription: 60% of monthly revenue comes from subscribers. Frequency ranges between 3 to 96 weeks based on household size.
3.) Wholesale / B2B: This is a huge opportunity. UK businesses have been challenged to bring their emissions to “Net Zero” by 2050. We are an easy and effective switch to help businesses reach this target. Clients include Finisterre, Charles Russell Speechleys, Thyme Hotel, Client Earth, Notpla, Alex Monroe, Mindful Chef and more..
4.) Retail: Launched on Ocado in May 23. In discussion with a big 4 retailer. Due to launch on Tesco marketplace in Q2 24.
Use of proceeds
With your support we’ll be putting this round of investment to work in four key areas:
1.) Fuel ecommerce growth: accelerate UK growth and launch into new markets
2.) Expand new and existing channels: grow wholesale, B2B and 3rd party ecom channels
3.) Advance product development: develop products to support new and existing channels as well as continuous innovation to ensure carbon reduction
4.) Increase brand awareness: rebrand, PR and educational content
These plans are in the pipeline but would be accelerated should we raise additional funding in this campaign.

Key Information
Material Debt:
The Company has the following outstanding loan:
A financing loan from Shopify Capital with £82,000 outstanding out of a total of £400,000 at an interest rate of 15.6% per annum. The loan is to be repaid via commission charged on Naked Sprout’s daily revenue through Shopify which stands at 18% remittance rate. The loan will be repaid by 20th March 2024.
The funds raised from this investment round will not be used to repay these loans.
Share Class:
The company currently has two classes of shares; A Ordinary and Ordinary shares. All investors in this round, including Seedrs investors, will be receiving A Ordinary shares.
Both class of shares rank equally in all respects other than the Ordinary shares don't have voting rights and are held for the company's Options Pool. The A ordinary shares have voting rights.
