Introduction
Nirvana Brewery is the pioneer of No & Low-alcohol brewing. Started by founder Becky and her family in 2016 at the very start of the No-Low movement, Nirvana was one of the first brands to launch a range of alcohol-free craft beers in the UK and the only brand to have their own brewery dedicated to alcohol-free brewing.
Since then, we’ve been on a mission to brew the best tasting alcohol-free beer; developing new recipes and innovative methods and pushing the boundaries of what was previously thought possible with sub 0.5%ABV beer.
And it shows. Our beers have been recognised for their exceptional taste in the Times, Guardian, Metro, Independent and more. We have listings with the likes of Ocado, National Trust, Whole Foods and Amazon and have multiple award-wins under our belt, including our twice Great Taste-winning Helles lager.
For the first time, Nirvana is opening to the crowd for investment. The No & Low space is growing fast and we are ready to take Nirvana Brewery to new heights.

Monetisation strategy
Nirvana’s revenue comes from both Direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Trade (B2B2C). Our target is to scale both streams as follows:
Trade
- We believe that our primary source of growth will come from On-trade channels (pubs, bars restaurants) supplied via our distribution partners.
- Growth to be achieved by working with our trade sales partner, Bright Drinks, with a proven track record of achieving product listings with key trade accounts.
- Driving distribution by supporting our distributors and securing new listings.
- Our mission is to achieve significant volume growth by securing supermarket listings through our work with Bright Drinks and supporting new listings with brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
DTC
- We aim to develop our webshop to grow our direct customers from 1,000 to 10,000+ through Digital marketing and above-the-line brand awareness campaigns.
- Increasing our Amazon business through advertising and optimisation.
- Our business achieves an average margin of over 40%; healthy for our industry.
Use of proceeds
Proceeds will be used towards:
- 30% towards recruiting an experienced marketing professional to supercharge our marketing efforts and help move forward a ‘best-taste’ marketing campaign.
- 25% allocated to our brand awareness efforts and as marketing support to drive sales in new listings with retailers and On-trade groups.
- 10% spent on digital marketing efforts on Google, Amazon and Meta.
- 20% towards a sales professional to drive new business support listings.
- 10% towards new product development to continue growing our expertise in alcohol-free brewing, including launching new seasonal products in the spring.
- 5% Improving our website to optimise for DTC growth.

The founder of Copper Tun stepped down from the business, and the brand was put into administration in order to sell it back to Fit Beer. Once this was complete, the company name was changed from Fit Beer to Nirvana Brewery.
