Idea
Introduction
OFFschool is the Free Language Learning Application. Same high-quality programmes which made SUL Education one of the leaders in the global Junior education travel market.
Always LIVE; always INTERACTIVE; always FUN; but, most importantly, it's FREE and will be available to everyone who has access to the internet.
Students will be able to download our Free OFFschool App or register by visiting the offschool study website
From beginner to proficiency, there will be 7 different levels, ensuring that each individual student's learning requirements are met.
Daily lessons, assignments and activities will always be followed by a weekly progress test. These tests will provide continuous assessment allowing the student to see first-hand the progress they are making.
The beauty of OFFschool, is that students can study, as long as they want. A week, a month, or even a year. Its always free. But if they want to purchase an original UK Accredited certificate they will have to purchase it.

NETWORK AND REACH
• SUL Education has strong and reliable partnerships with hundreds of education travel agencies from more than 120 countries.
• After conducting partner research, we’ve calculated that our network of educational travel agencies has a potential to reach more than 600 million 7-19 year olds who do not travel. OFFschool is a new sales channel and source of income, which will be crucial for educational travel agencies to survive due to the current economic situation.
• OFFschool Advisory Board. We have recruited an assembly of senior professionals whose main role is to accompany the project toward its launch and throughout the different stages of its development.
Monetisation strategy
All the courses will always be free, but if the student needs proof of their studies, we will offer a purchase of an accredited certificate at a cost of just £19.

REFERRAL PROGRAMME
The OFFschool Referral Pot will be created along with the algorithm on how much each partner educational travel agency will receive, based on numbers of students from the precise region who are using the service.
The OFFschool Referral Pot will consist of up to 20% of revenue made from sales of Accredited Certificates plus In-App Streaming advertising.
Use of proceeds
The funds raised will be used predominantly in three areas:
TEAM AND PRODUCT (50%) - The funds will help ensure we are able to invest in our world class team. Meanwhile, our product roadmap will include services such as IOS, android and the desktop app development, live lessons streaming interface and software development, certificates, international language tests and merchandise, e-shop structure and logistics system implementation.
REFERRAL PROGRAMME (20%) - ‘The OFFschool Referral Pot will be created along with the algorithm on how much each partner educational travel agency will receive, based on numbers of students from the precise region in which studentsare using the service. Recruitment of 1000+ Educational travel agencies will be organised.
USER ACQUISITION (30%) - We will accelerate our user acquisition efforts through multiple channels such as performance marketing and our grown network of affiliates, educational travel agencies participating in the referral programme.
