Our customers are leading brands, including the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, McCann Worldgroup, Ocean Outdoor and Frieze art fairs. Average project investment is more than £100k per client.

Substantial accomplishments to date
Since our launch at COP26, we’ve been at the forefront of a new approach to corporate sustainability – one which is backed by Gold Standard and WWF. We’re committed to creating a post-offset world, where corporate sustainability funding delivers positive impact for the planet and for brands.
We’ve built a broad portfolio of climate, biodiversity and ecological projects around the world, such as coastal carbon capture, biomass carbon sequestration, sea turtle protection, seagrass restoration and more.

Our proprietary tech allows businesses to engage their staff, clients and consumers in sustainability funding decisions – directly on our platform and via integrations with third parties including Microsoft Teams. We’ve deployed our engagement platform around the world, including in LA, New York, Seoul and at home in the UK.
We’re trusted by prominent brands including the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, world-leading Frieze Art Fairs, advertising giant McCann Worldgroup and UK media owner Ocean Outdoor. Our average client project investment exceeds £100k.

We’ve raised from well-connected and respected investors including Dame Carolyn Fairbairn (Former Director-General of The CBI), Roland Rudd (Founder and Chairman, Finsbury), Susan Hooper (UBER, Moonpig, Chapter Zero) and Tim Weller (Incisive Media and Trust Pilot). Our first funding was from Brent Hoberman’s Founders Factory.
Monetisation strategy
We have two core revenue sources:
Platform Fees
Platform fees will start from £250 per month, with clients expected to deploy multiple platforms to cover different customers/suppliers/employee groups.
Project Commission
Our project commission is charged at a transparent flat rate of 10% on all project spend.
In the future, we see revenue opportunities from monetisation of our first-party data and on-platform media sales.

Use of proceeds
Funds raised will be deployed as to 15% on client support resource to assist in closing existing pipeline opportunities and enhance client service; 15% on technical resource to develop & automate client integration; balance of funds as working capital as the business builds.REMOVE
