There are over 140 laws and 400 pieces of legislation. Our platform is designed to assist agents and owners navigate these through built-in automated workflows, reminders, and tools.

Our aim is for this streamlined approach to allow agents to focus on delivering exceptional service, increase profitability, and grow their business without traditional constraints.

Monetisation strategy

Our revenue model is straightforward:

Transaction Fees: We take a 30% cut of the fees that agents charge their clients. Agents are free to set their fees within industry norms:
- Rentals: Agents charge 8-17% of the annual rent.
- Sales: Agents charge 1-3% of the property sale price.

Monthly Subscription: Each agent pays a baseline monthly subscription fee to be part of our platform.

Additional Services: Our platform offers various products and services essential to the rental journey, provided by third-party partners. We earn a 10-30% commission on these transactions.

This simple and transparent fee structure allows agents to maximise their earnings while benefiting from our comprehensive platform.

Use of proceeds

The funds raised will be invested into three key areas:

1. Sales & Marketing

Our primary focus will be building our network to onboard agents, enabling them to boost revenue, increase activity on the platform, and secure more listings. We aim to supercharge their efforts to win more business and find greater value on the platform.

2. R&D - Building Out Our Product

We need to continue developing the agent platform to provide our network with improved and better tools. This includes integrating more AI, automating processes, and enhancing the overall user experience. There is still a significant amount of work to be done to fully realise our vision.

3. Operational Costs

We will invest in the business’ operational infrastructure to ensure long-term scalability and support our growing network of agents. This includes improving our business operations and infrastructure to handle increased demand and sustain our growth.

Key Information

Outstanding Debt

The founders invested in PropertyLoop Ltd by way of a loan of £1,515,003.25, received through Kingdom Global Holdings Ltd (a company wholly owned by the founder’s trust). The loan is an interest-free loan and will remain outstanding and cannot be repaid before investors have an exit or liquidity event.

The Founders have the right to convert this loan into equity shares as part of any future funding rounds providing that by doing so, EIS eligibility is not affected or is no longer required by the business.

None of the funds raised as part of this round will be used to repay this loan.

The company has three share classes, A Ordinary, B Ordinary, and Ordinary. Investors in this round will be receiving A Ordinary shares which are EIS eligible.
