PROMiXX is the World’s Best-Selling Vortex Mixer, trusted by elite athletes and more than 500,000 users across the globe. With the touch of a button, we revolutionised the way consumers mix their health supplements.

Following extensive R&D and feasibility testing, we are now poised to capitalise on our extensive brand equity and take the brand mass market!

We are pleased to announce our transition into the blender category with the release of two, highly innovative and IP-protected blender products.

Intended impact

In a fast-growing market, where more than 75% of Americans are now consuming health supplements, we saw the need for a premium solution for carrying, mixing and consuming powdered nutritional products.

We now aim to leverage our brand equity with a transition into the mass market blender category. We believe our unique combination of industry-leading innovation and striking design aesthetic will propel the brand and help us secure significant market share.

Monetisation strategy

Approximately 85% of revenue has been generated from direct-to-consumer sales via our global website (www.promixx.com) and 6 international Amazon marketplaces.

Following our domestic trade launch in October 2018, PROMiXX vortex mixers are now stocked in over 1,000 retail outlets throughout Europe including Argos and Holland & Barrett, as well as large specialty e-tailers Wiggle and Bodybuilding.com.

Note: the leading conventional shaker bottle brand is stocked in over 40,000 retail outlets in the US alone highlighting the size of the retail opportunity.

We have partnered with over 20 international distributors to whom we export directly from our manufacturing partners in China.

As a premium subscription model, REGENATIVE provides significant customer lifetime values and exciting potential for scale.

We plan for REGENATIVE to be available for purchase @ regenative.com, Amazon and specialty retailers.

NOTICE:
The company has three loans totalling £214,900 outstanding, broken down as follows:

1) Amazon loan: £56,600. 6 monthly repayments remaining.
2) ESME loan: £117,700. 47 monthly repayments remaining.
3) Private loan: £40,600. 10 monthly repayments remaining.

None of the proceeds raised will be used to fund these debts.
