Using natural CBD from UK certified suppliers, we produce a range of spirits ‘Gin, Rum & Vodka’ of quality and distinction. One of the company’s objectives is to be recognised as a pioneer of CBD infused alcoholic beverages whilst highlighting many of the acclaimed benefits of cannabidiol hemp-based products.

There is a global boom in the sale of CBD products, with the UK market alone expecting to be worth over £1 billion within the next 4 years. This boom is being fuelled by both the Millennials (23–38-year-olds) and Generation X (41–56-year-olds) who demand ever more choice and quality in their purchases.

Our novel foods license positions the company with a potentially unique opportunity to establish its range of spirits across the UK and global CBD drinks market.

Monetisation strategy

The company will derive the bulk of its income from the following sources:

· On-trade sales: (Outlets where you can buy our drinks and consume them on site). ie: Pubs, restaurants, wine bars and brasseries.

· Off-trade sales: (Outlets where you can buy our drinks and drink them off site). ie: Supermarkets, off-licenses, convenience stores.

· National Wholesalers and Distributors to both On-trade and Off-trade outlets

· Private / annual events, exhibitions, trade shows, concerts, music festivals.

· Overseas distribution / sales. (ex: Duty & VAT)

· Specialist promotional companies: Hampers, Gift Boxes, Christmas Gifts & Company Awards.

Use of proceeds

The company plans to use the funds secured to cement its position within the CBD market sector as the Premier supplier of CBD infused beverages. We will:

· Promote and expand our national distribution network

· Continue to build a substantial online and social media presence

· Continue our development of overseas markets.

Loans

Please note that the company has the following loan outstanding.

A £50k Bounce Back Loan entered into on 05/05/20 accruing 2.5% interest per annum with the first 12 months interest free. The loan is due for repayment on 05/011/2026.

The funds raised as part of this round will not be used to pay this loan.

SEIS/EIS Tax Relief

The first £150k invested in the round is eligible for SEIS tax relief and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

Valuation (pre-money)
