With its proprietary app and POS device, Superbutler excels in delivering real-time notifications and efficient order processing, positioning it as an intelligent and lightweight solution in the technology-driven hotel and hospitality sector.
Superbutler's Backoffice Dashboard enables complete updates to hotel services, including pricing, photos, order and revenue reports, responding to reviews, disabling unavailable services, vouchers, and more.
Substantial accomplishments to date
July 2022 to December 2022: In 2022, we conducted Superbutler trials at nine hotels in Dubai, including brands like Ramada, Holiday Inn, and Grand Excelsior. Throughout the trial phase, we effectively generated orders with a cumulative value exceeding £62,000 and processed over 3,000 orders.
January 2023: The software has undergone comprehensive development and is now fully operational without any issues. It has been thoroughly tested and is ready for use, offering a seamless user experience and delivering on its intended capabilities. The software undergoes continuous testing and improvement.
March 2023: We have recently entered into a reseller agreement with a Canadian company, targeting the South Asian market. With experience in the hospitality industry, they are aiding us in facilitating integration with widely used PMS/POS systems in the hospitality sector.
June 2023 / August 2023: A recent development includes our agreement with Ramada, enabling us to offer our services across three of their properties. Our services are now live and fully operational at Ramada, servicing four of their restaurants and resulting in the generation of over 1,600+ orders, amounting to a Gross Marginal Value (GMV) exceeding £11,000+.
November 2023: We are now in the concluding stages of formalising the Reseller Agreement for Southern Europe/Greece, USA/Canada/Caribbean, UAE, and Mauritius.
Monetisation strategy
As a B2B SaaS platform, we implement a pricing structure that includes both a monthly retainer for each White Labelled Website and a transaction fee for orders.
Our cost structure consists of a monthly fee, starting from £99 and then subsequent services at £29, and a transaction charge of £0.20 for every order processed.
It's important to note that each website subscription, such as Kitchen and Spa, generates revenue independently, allowing for separate financial tracking.
Superbutler can be seamlessly integrated with the leading PMS and POS systems employed by top hotels. Additionally, there is an option to acquire a device for £150.
Furthermore, we use Stripe as our payment processing collaborator. If hotels express a preference for online payment capture, we can also offer that service.
Use of proceeds
Allocation of Funds
Having completed the full development and rigorous testing of our product, our main emphasis in allocating funds is directed toward executing our expansion plan and fostering growth.
In the initial year, our goal is to target over 2,000 hotels in London, Manchester, and the West Midlands in the UK. More than 50% of the funds will be spent on Sales and Marketing.
Over the next five years, our overarching vision is to evolve into a fully AI-driven company, with the aim of seizing a significant portion of the UK market in the initial phase. Simultaneously, we aim to efficiently expand globally by establishing a presence in the US, Canada, South Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
