Introduction

Virtually Visiting is removing the traditional barriers to travel by making it accessible to all, anywhere, any time. A Virtually Visiting experience is not bound by time or availability, and now anyone with internet can experience their dream destination from the comfort of their own home.

Not here to replace travel, but drive an evolution within travel working with passionate and knowledgeable local experts to create an immersive 360 video library.

Viewed through a VR headset, mobile, computer or tablet, our experiences are never far from your fingertips, driven by our customers, and adapting to the technology they choose to use.

For our partners our services are free, we simply capture their experiences in 360 video, process and sell on our VERus platform. Fair Trade is a cornerstone of Virtually Visiting so all sales are split between our partners and ourselves ensuring a truly fair deal.

Monetisation strategy

Virtually Visiting empowers our partners to value their digital content, flipping the traditional model and taking their tours and experience to the world.

Our monetisation strategy is a specially designed and built VERus platform. Working with suppliers and destinations across the world we capture, edit and process their tours and experiences before promoting and selling them to a global audience via our platform.

Direct to Consumer - Through our VERus Platform, users will be able to either purchase 360 video tours and experiences either on a pay per play basis or through a subscription based system.

Educational - Many of the locations we will be filming can be incorporated into the national educational curriculums of countries around the world. We aim to work with schools and universities and bring school trips to students in fun and immersive 360 video regardless of their ability to physically visit in person.

Use of proceeds

Finalise and launch a full beta test of our new VERus Platform and app. This Beta launch will allow us to collect valuable information and statistics regarding customer useage and interaction.

Capture new exciting 360 Virtual Tours and Experiences from around the world. We will continue to engage with new suppliers and companies to capture their experiences in 360 video and take them to a global audience. This will be completed on a global basis so increasing the choice and variability of the products on offer.

Build brand awareness through advertising and PR, continuing to engage and grow our audience of people interested in exploring the world through immersive 360 video, wherever they may be located.

Test and demo new live 360 VR content. We want to offer our customers the option to join live 360 tours and experiences with guides from all over the world. Whether this be an arctic adventure, a tour of a museum or a safari on the African plains.
