Outstanding Debt

The company has the following loan:

A directors loan of £151,890.00.

The board has agreed for the directors to receive a total of £50,000, allocated in proportion to their shareholdings, as partial repayment of the loans they have provided to the company since its establishment. The remaining balance of the directors’ loans will be repayable either upon securing the next investment round of £500,000 or more, or when the company achieves profitability.

The funds raised in this round will not be used to repay this loan.
