Traction & Key Accomplishments

Chirp secured a €2.8M non-dilutive grant from highly competitive DTIF programme, executed that plan on time and on budget, and had the innovation and disruptiveness of its technology independently validated by the DTIF panel of expert EU judges. Partnered with UNESCO Chair for the prevention of bullying to develop Chirp. UN invited Chirp to showcase at the AI for Good summit in Geneva in July. Granted patents for Chirp's innovative OS modification. Secured pilot partnership with major EU Telco.

Use of Funds

This raise funds Chirp's pilot in Ireland with a major EU telco, then drives product development, launch, and scale. Chirp will expand into Ireland, UK, US & Canada while preparing EU entries in other languages. Allocation: 80% key hires (engineering & commercial), 20% marketing, launch & ops.
