Outstanding Debt

The company has the following loans:

1. A loan from CO2 Sense to cover Innovate UK expenses (which are refunded quarterly in arrears) of up to £50,000.00 with 7.5% interest, is repaid in full quarterly, with the final amount due in 03/26.

2. A Director's Loan of £34,895.00 with 0% interest attached. This loan will only be repaid once the business achieves £1M in annual revenue.
