Monetisation strategy

Crypto trading volume already accounts for 10% of US equity trading, and there are 56m active crypto traders worldwide according to CH&Co. In addition, Coinrule is also expanding into traditional assets, opening up the market from the billions of crypto to the trillions of multiple asset classes, in a market that is expected to be over $16.7 billion in size by 2025.

Coinrule is uniquely positioned to become the link between the old world of finance and the new, offering an automated SaaS trading solution across all assets and platforms.

We charge users a simple monthly subscription with 4 available plans: one is free, the others charge a tiered fee for Hobbyist, Trader and Pro plans.

The growth strategy is focused on Crypto Communities, the new Affiliate Programme, and on trusted Partnerships marketing campaigns with Binance, Kraken, Bitpanda, etc.

We also rank organically for key search terms such as 'Automated Trading Coinbase' on Page 1 of Google; this is a major traffic driver.

Use of proceeds

Coinrule's vision is to become an investment ecosystem that allows users to backtest strategies, copy trades from expert investors in the marketplace, find arbitrage opportunities and automatically find the best prices across exchanges.

We believe that the new fundraise will allow us to achieve that vision, and to (1) activate paid growth channels based on influencer marketing and direct acquisition on Adwords supported by newsletter networks with cost effective PPC rates (2) validate upcoming wider product offerings with the launch of new killer features and (3) keep building a strong interdisciplinary team.

Long term, we intend to expand into the new field of Decentralised Finance with a Proof of Concept to validate that emerging market. Adding decentralised apps to Coinrule strategies would open endless opportunities like staking coins, lending out funds, request instant loans and trading synthetic assets.

All of this will be possible from one single interface enhanced with the power of automation.

Valuation (pre-money)
