Women make 80% of healthcare decisions yet represent <5% of R&D investment. The $1T FemTech market is massively underserved. Daya systematically creates startups solving these critical gaps - turning overlooked health needs into scalable, high-return opportunities.

Traction & Key Accomplishments

In two years we’ve built 18 FemTech startups - majority women-owned - spanning diagnostics, digital health, deeptech and retail. Four products on the market. We’re backed by Nextblue and Vera Invest, partnered with AstraZeneca, Sahlgrenska and Chalmers, and powered by 600+ advisors and coaches. With hubs in Sweden and Kenya and a US & EU portfolio, our problem-first, clinician-validated model is grant-proven (Åforsk) with soft funding from Vinnova and Almi. First exits expected in 2028.

Use of Funds

Your investment helps us build 10 new femtech startups (50%), scale infrastructure (20%), launch global hubs (15%), and grow our team and brand (15%). This funding fuels 18 months of growth and supports early portfolio exits - amplifying both purpose and return.

Please note, all investment will be in and shares held in Daya Ventures AB, rather than our portfolio companies.

Direct investors in this round are investing in Swedish Krone (SEK). Investments made in SEK were converted to Euros at an exchange rate of 0.092 EUR per SEK for the duration of the campaign, fixed according to the exchange rate on 28/10/25.

Group Structure

The company holds equity stakes in portfolio startups and in Daya Hub East Africa.

Daya Ventures AB provides support services to its portfolio companies and hub entities, and there is some overlap in founders/advisors across these entities. There are no shared assets or liabilities, and all transactions are conducted at arm’s length.

Fractional Shares

Please note that the share price for this round is €213.70. Due to this high share price, we are allowing investors to hold fractional shares. This means that we have reduced the investment multiple to €21.37 (representing 1/10th of a share).
