Use of Funds
Funds open our Mayfair landmark at 18–19 South Molton Street:
~50% build & fit-out,
~20% equipment and rent deposit,
~15% fees and systems,

Mayfair takes the group to 4 sites, creating the platform for further UK expansion funded by cash flow and asset finance.

Key Information
Material debt
The company has the following outstanding loans:
1. £373,000 loan from NatWest at an interest rate of 3.67% per annum over the Base Rate, currently being paid approximately £6.5k per month.
2. £162,000 Bounce Back Loans (6 separate BBLs taken by 5 of the subsidiary companies in the Farm Girl Holdings Ltd group) at an interest rate of 2.5% per annum. The loans are to be repaid in 2030 and 2031.
3. £89,000.00 from Lending Crowd at an interest rate of 15.35% per annum with final repayment due in September 2028.
The funds raised from this investment round will not be used to repay these loans.
