HOWL Worldwide is in the process of acquiring HOWL Productions Ltd through a Share Exchange and Share Transfer Agreement, making HOWL Events a subsidiary of HOWL Worldwide and diluting Republic Europe investors. The combined business is expected to have a pre-money valuation of £3M.
