Our average order value (AOV) amounts to £30,000 per annum, with an average contract length (ACL) of three years.
Setup: Divided across the license duration.
A one-time fee covers any integration requirements (Clients can opt to handle this independently, although many choose our professional services).
Licensing: Annual payment in advance.
This includes a cost per communication channel (chatbot, phone, email, social messaging, SMS), along with a message consumption cost.
Support: Annual payment in advance.

1. £50,000 loan from Barclays Bounce Back at an interest rate of 2.5% per annum. The loan was accepted on Sept 2021 and is to be repaid by Sept 2031.
2. £36,356.55 loan from Just Cashflow Plc at an interest rate of 17.38% per annum. The loan was accepted on July 2021 and is to be repaid by July 2031. The loan was drawn down from the available facility of £60,000.00. As part of the loan security has been granted over company assets.
