Material debt

The Company has the following outstanding loans:

1. €100,000.00 Founder loan with 5% interest rate and no repayment date. This loan is to be repaid when the company is in a sufficient cash position to do so.

The company acquired the real estate for its first studio in June 2024 for $1.3 million. This purchase was financed with €390,000 (30%) in equity and a €910,000 (70%) loan from Millennium BCP, which is structured as a leasing transaction. This loan has an euribor floating rate interest rate of ​​4.052% and a maturity date of June 2036.

The funds raised as part of this round will not be used to repay these loans.
