Introduction
Our vision is to empower inclusive, innovative and collaborative people and businesses within financial planning.
We do this by identifying and solving the biggest challenges, with the provision of expert training and resources to our community.
From training new financial planners, to launching a business, to running a financial planning tech stack, to learning the skills to present with confidence, and a myriad of other things, we've got you covered. And some.
Our fee paying community is now just shy of 1,000 strong and continuing to grow. Our team have the experience and skills to understand our community, and build solutions to their problems, as evidenced over the past few years with the launch of the award winning NextGen Planners Training Contract™, AdviceStack™ and TechStack™ to name but a few.
Come on the journey with us, to making this profession an even better place to be.

Use of proceeds
New Colleagues:
Our award winning NextGen Planners Training Contract™, is delivered by our Head of Content and Training, and a handful of amazing outsourced consultants.
As demand continues to grow, we need to invest in bringing in some additional headcount to cope with the increase in Training Contracts that we need to deliver. If we can scale up our internal resource, we can continue to support the profession with outstanding training and support.
We also need a Head of Community and some administration support as we look to grow the numbers we serve.
New Software:
We're developing an MVP of a piece of software that we believe has the potential to improve part of the financial planning world's tech stack. We can't quite delve into more detail than that (gotta keep it secret, obviously), but we'd like to invest in continuing to develop this software into a viable product to serve our marketplace.
