Pitch
About the Campaign
Our commercially available biosolutions are an effective alternative to the chemical inputs used in modern farming. We aim to reduce chemicals in our environment and food, and enable farmers to stay productive during tough times.
Join Nordic microbes on our critical mission:
Market Opportunity
Without new solutions, food production will be threatened, and Europe may fail to meet its growing food demand.
Our biosolutions give farmers a fighting chance against the problems ahead. We use naturally occurring microbes to address this €10B agrochemical market.
Traction & Key Accomplishments
Use of Funds
You can help us secure industry partnerships and complete regulatory testing of our biofungicide. With you aboard, we can expand international sales, production and further testing of our biostimulants. We aim to open new regions to increase market share and impact on our environment and food.

License Agreement
Nordic Microbes’ core technology and microbial strains are secured through an exclusive, worldwide license agreement with the University of Southern Denmark and The University of Western Australia.
Under the agreement, the company pays tiered royalties on sales, which start at 3% for early products and services and decrease over time.
Once the company raises 25 million DKK in equity investment, it has the right to acquire full ownership of the patents for a one-time payment of 200,000 DKK (€26.8k). The company also has a separate option to completely buy out all future royalty obligations for a fixed fee, starting at 4 million DKK (€535k).
Founders Interest
The founder and CEO, Morten Østergaard Andersen, is a shareholder in Ossiform Ltd, a company he co-founded in 2017 and currently has no formal commitments.
Currency exchange rate
Some direct investments in the round from investors outside of Republic Europe have been paid in Danish Krones (DKK). This amount has been reflected in the campaign at an agreed Exchange Rate (set on 07/11/25) of 1: 0.12 DKK to GBP.
Investments on Republic Europe are made in GBP.
