We transformed 45k+ sq ft in Sutton, including a disused rooftop, into a community garden and are generating £4.5m in revenue, with Sutton only in its second year.
Oru Space has delivered 12 sold-out retreats, and we are keen to build upon this with our new venture, Oru El Saltador. Validation is strong, with our first El Saltador retreat having already sold out, and a growing pipeline of private bookings.

£800k allows us to commence operations.
£1.4M will create a world-class destination, combining wellness, nature, culture & legacy, adding a natural pool, outdoor yoga shala, food forest, and activate the land, launching a new era of wellness travel from day one.

Founders interest
Thirukumar Vibushan and Paul Nelmes, the founders of Oru El Saltador (Company No. 16419717), are also the founders of a separate UK entity, Oru Space Ltd (Company No. 11733835). This investment is for the new, separate entity Oru El Saltador only.
It is anticipated that the two companies will engage in commercial transactions. All such transactions will be conducted on an arm's-length basis at standard market rates, which may include the payment of royalty fees where applicable. The founders confirm that the two companies do not offer competing services and this relationship does not constitute a conflict of interest.
Share classes
The Company currently has two classes of shares, Ordinary Shares and B Ordinary (Non-Voting) Shares.
All investors in this round, including Republic Europe investors, will receive B Ordinary (Non-Voting) Shares. Holders of Ordinary Shares have voting and dividend rights. Holders of B Ordinary (Non-Voting) Shares have dividend rights but no voting rights.
On a liquidation, return of capital or exit, the proceeds will be distributed pro rata amongst the holders of Ordinary Shares and B Ordinary (Non-Voting) Shares based on the number of shares they hold.
