About the Campaign

Resiclo builds modular chemical recycling plants that turn hard-to-recycle plastic into certified circular oil — replacing fossil feedstock and cutting CO₂. With a €15M+ demo project initiated and supply deals secured, we are scaling where the circular gap is largest.

Market Opportunity

New EU rules mandate recycled content in all plastic packaging, including food-grade. Resiclo helps close the 3 Mt gap by 2030 with scalable chemical recycling, while current market capacity is only ~100 kt/year, mainly in early development.

Traction & Key Accomplishments

We’ve initiated a €15M+ concept plant project in Finland and secured long-term LOIs covering 100% of feedstock and offtake for our next full-scale sites. A leading tech partner is onboard, and sites in two countries are identified, with plot agreements and permitting planned next. Our process cuts emissions by over 60% compared to incineration and delivers certified circular feedstock to meet EU climate and recycling goals. We’re ready to move into execution— plant by plant.

Use of Funds

Funding will cover concept design (50%), permitting and site prep (30%), and other costs (20%). A maximum of 20% of the funds raised may be used to repay existing debts.

Combined with planned public loans, this enables us to advance 1–2 chemical recycling sites to the investment-ready stage for full project funding and construction.
