Creating a 3D model takes time, requires a qualified CAD engineer and is expensive. We calculated that Companies spend up to $81B per year.

Company Structure

Investment will be made in the parent company, Spare Parts 3D SAS. This company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Spare Parts 3D QFZ LLC and Spare Parts 3D PTE LTD.

Outstanding Debt

The company has the following outstanding loans.

1. A loan with BPI for an outstanding amount of €111,645 and an interest rate of 4.81%. To be repaid by December 2028.

2. A loan with BPI for an outstanding amount of €337,338 and an interest rate of 0.76%. To be repaid by December 2028.

3. A loan with BPI for an outstanding amount of €99,562 and an interest rate of 0.51%. To be repaid by December 2028.
