The Wave London will be able to welcome 400,000+ surfers and visitors every year, and we aim to match our Bristol location's NPS customer experience score of 60+.

Located in Lee Valley Regional Park, we plan for The Wave London to attract residents from across the city, a thriving corporate events market, and inbound business and tourism via proximity to Luton airport.

The Wave leadership team have been at the forefront of global progression of surf park operations, utilising information and data insight in our industry. We are the only B-Corp wave park in the world

When people find us, they stay with us. Our 1% most frequent customers account for 20% of total surf hours. But they also tell everyone how great we are, with an NPS score consistently over 60.
