Pitch
About the Campaign
What if a data-centre could directly provide heat & hot water for homes instead of expelling waste heat into the atmosphere? Thermify does just that. Our HeatHub sits in your home running cloud compute work, and capturing the waste heat for domestic heating. Smart, green. Using energy twice (*The only full boiler replacement for heating the home using internet-connected computers to provide on-demand heat, backed by patents).
Market Opportunity
Cloud computing is a vast and fast-growing market, worth £35bn in the UK in 2025 and projected to reach £452bn by 2032. Thermify targets this demand with a decentralised cloud network that cuts emissions by 70% with no offsets, while also delivering materially lower-cost heating in the home.
Traction & Key Accomplishments
Thermify has moved from concept to live deployment. HeatHub technology is now heating a home in Essex while processing cloud compute jobs. The SHIELD project this installation is part of contracts £2.5m revenue tied to 100 HeatHub installations over 3 years. Thermify also has an installation agreed with Historic Environment Scotland, giving visibility across Scotland’s 32 councils. V2 - designed to fit under-counter - is actively being developed, with target deployment in early 2027.
Use of Funds
The raise will grow the cloud team, expand marketing resources, and build out Thermify’s production and assembly capability in Wales. It will fund facilities, tooling and initial unit build costs to support scale-up toward producing 2,000 HeatHubs per year, and accelerate commercial rollout.
