Outstanding Debt

The Company has the following outstanding loans:

1) £53,626.31 loan from Iwoca with an interest rate of 14.7%. The loan is to be repaid in monthly installments of £13,818.89, with a final repayment of £2775.52 due in June 2026.

2) £9,772.36 loan from Funding Circle with an interest rate of 13.7%. The loan is to be repaid in monthly installments of £2513.25, with the final repayment due in May 2026.

3) £27,563.86 loan from Wayflyer with an interest rate of 9.7%. The loan is to be repaid in biweekly installments of £3,898.02, with the final repayment due in May 2026.

The funds raised as part of this round will not be used to repay these loans.
