Pitch
About the Campaign
The Home Hospital offers affordable, on-demand & better treatment at-home - powered by a governed network of clinicians & life science partners.
With strong initial traction & an expert team of serial entrepreneurs, clinicians & technologists - we’re set to define a $350bn market category.
Market Opportunity
The time is right for a digital-disruptor to transform the global hospital market:
- Existing hospitals struggle to transform & adopt new technology
- 25% forecast NHS hosptial capacity gap by 2030
- 24 million UK adults with chronic conditions we can treat
- 46% CAGR & $358.32bn TAM by 2032
Traction & Key Accomplishments
In late 2024, we launched what we believe to be the UK's 1st national virtual hospital. We already have great results to share:
- 20+ expert Consultant Specialist Doctors practising with us
- 100+ concurrent patients subscribed to our unique plans
- 10+ domiciliary care channel partners signed-up to refer patients
- 7,000+ enquiries since April for patients with conditions we treat
- 48% average month-on-month growth in new plan members between June and September 2025
- Every ~1,100 patients we sign up, creates £1m recurring revenues, based on £75 monthly fee.
Use of Funds
We've raised £3.4m from VCs, angels & doctors. We're now raising up to £1m to build awareness & momentum ahead of our next larger funding round.
Funds will go towards:
- Growing to 1,000+ concurrent patients on our plans
- Growing to 50+ specialist doctors
- Extending the functionality of our unique platform
