The company currently has two (2) classes of shares, A Ordinary Shares and B Ordinary Shares. All investors in this round, including Republic Europe investors, will be receiving B Ordinary Shares.

In the event of a liquidation or exit, A Ordinary Shares and B Ordinary Shares rank equally. For voting purposes, however, B Shareholders will be included in the calculation of investor majority thresholds.

Valuation (pre-money)
