About the Campaign

There is an enormous, largely untapped market for experiential stays in the heart of major events. We create luxury accommodation experiences at iconic events for HNW+ guests. Leader in the field at Glastonbury since 2011, and now trackside at the British Grand Prix, we have a strong pipeline of events, and we are taking strategic investment to scale sustainability to meet this demand.

Market Opportunity

Proven revenue of over £2.9m at 2 events = a TOM of £60m at 10 established events per year within a TAM of £517b.

Our product is highly agile, scalable and proven in the highly underserved, but engaged & growing sports event sector. Demand is high in the experiential sector and reflected in our sales.

Traction & Key Accomplishments

We’ve grown our Glastonbury Hotel from 200 rooms and £0.8m revenue in 2022 to 409 rooms and £2.9m revenue in 2025, scaling average room revenue from £4k to £6k per room.

Partnership revenue continues to scale, reaching £191k in 2025, servicing global brands such as Free People, LVMH, Audi and more.

2025 saw record breaking press engagement with >100 stories with a digital reach of over 750m, and a print circulation of over 60m.

Self-funded to date, strategic investment will allow us to scale to the demand.

Use of Funds

Live negotiations for hotels at locations that could service major events, including Coachella, The Ryder Cup, Wimbledon, multiple Grand Prix's, Cheltenham Gold Cup, The Open, Stagecoach and numerous brand clients.

Pop-Up Productions provides services to The Pop-Up Hotel Limited in the form of renting owned tented accommodation. There is no reliance on Pop-Up Productions to provide services and they only provide roughly 30% of the tents used by The Pop-Up Hotel.

He is also a director and shareholder of Glampville Ltd., a boutique campsite near Glastonbury Festival offering a lower entry price and lower standard of accommodation to The Pop-Up Hotel.
