You will have known Seedrs for its traditional products related to equity crowdfunding, such as its primary raise offering and secondary market. But while these were the business’ core services over the past decade, for the last few years we’ve been innovating to develop a much fuller suite of fundraising services.

Primary Market
Since 2012, we have funded over 2,200 deals, participating in rounds totalling over £2.8bn. Some successfully funded companies you may be familiar with include Revolut, Chapel Down, THIS, Cushon and Perkbox.
We make it easier for more people to access the private markets. Investors can buy shares in high growth businesses from as little as £20.
Secondary Market
Our Secondary Market allows buyers and sellers to trade their shares in private companies. The market represents an opportunity for investors in startups and other private companies to potentially realise liquidity before a formal exit opportunity and is the only fully functioning early-stage equity secondary market in the UK.
Going beyond equity crowdfunding
We’ve made it our mission to broaden access to early stage private equity, unlock capital for founders and empower people to invest in the future they believe in. There are a number of ways you can go beyond crowdfunding at Republic Europe:
Accredited-Only Campaigns (Similar to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV))
Raise at super speed from your network of High Net Worth and sophisticated investors. This is less expensive than a retail fundraise but still comes with a full administrative service from Republic Europe.
Sharedrops
Reward customers with shares when they take certain actions (become a member, hit a spend threshold, refer new customers). This allows you to influence customer behaviour and get all the community benefits of a crowdfunding campaign without needing to run a fundraising round, hit a specific target or disclose company information publicly. Fund Feeder Vehicles (The LP Access Fund)
